Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy & POPIA/GDPR Notice.
Accounts & verification
Institutions, media contributors and parent-child links are subject to verification by the Even Playground team. We may halt or suspend accounts pending due diligence.
Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or misuse data about minors. Media of athletes must comply with our content and licensing rules.
Content & licensing
Creators retain rights to their media subject to the licensing terms selected at upload. The platform takes a commission on marketplace sales.
Payments
Subscriptions, licenses and marketplace transactions are processed via our payment partners. Fees and payout terms are shown at point of sale.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
